These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the تليدوك website and mobile application (“Service”) operated by Teledoc by UniTech Company LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Purchases

If you choose to purchase any product or service through our platform (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide information including your credit/debit card details, billing/shipping addresses, and contact information. You confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to use the provided payment method.
  • All provided information is accurate and complete.
  • You grant Teledoc the right to transmit your data to third-party payment processors.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders for reasons including, but not limited to: pricing errors, product/service unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Note:

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in SAR (Saudi Riyals).
  • Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

Teledoc regularly updates its offerings but cannot guarantee accuracy regarding product/service details, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue information at any time without notice.

Contests & Promotions

Any promotions, sweepstakes, or contests offered through Teledoc may be governed by separate rules. In the event of any conflict, those rules will override these Terms.

Accounts

When you register with Teledoc, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.

Use of offensive or misleading usernames is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

The Teledoc Service and its content (including logos, design, and code) are the property of UniTech Company LLC and protected under Saudi Arabian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Links to Other Sites

Our Service may include links to third-party websites. Teledoc is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Teledoc and UniTech Company LLC are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Issues caused by third-party services or user conduct.
  • Service outages or inaccuracies.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

  • Constant availability or security.
  • That content is free from errors or viruses.
  • That the Service will meet your expectations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under Saudi jurisdiction.

Additional Notes:

  • Credit/debit card information will not be stored, shared, rented, or sold.
  • Teledoc does not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 10 days prior to implementation. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
